This new app premiered about 2 months ago and is proving to be a very useful tool for commuters and day trippers.  Available for most mobile devices “TRAIN TIME” from Metro North lets riders know:

• when trains are due at the stations
• if trains are running on time
• which track trains will be departing from (hour in advance at most stations)
• timely service alerts (including service changes and alerts)
• fare information
• station information (including parking, taxi information, handicap accessibility and more)

Updated MLS Makes Communicating Easier

MLS has upgraded it’s system.  One benefit is improved communication between agents and clients.

This week you should have received an email from me introducing you to the New Portal.  I have created an auto-search based on criteria specific to you.  The initial email will provide you a list of current active homes in your area.  You will continue to receive automatic emails as soon as new properties come on the market that meet the criteria.

In your new personalized portal you will be able to:

• Designate a property as a favorite or a possibility – you can also discard a property that is of no interest
• You can also create notes for yourself and for me
• Create your own property search
