“Westchester County’s real estate market continued to gain strength in the third quarter. Single-family home sales surged by 29% compared to Q3-2012, with the median sale price up about 4% from the same period last year. Year-to-date, home sales have increased by 22% from 2012, while the median sale price is up 5%.
