January 2013 Market Activity

2013 Has Gotten Off to a Great Start in Terms of New Market Activity! There Have Been a Number of NEW LISTINGS in Both Rye (10580) and Harrison so Far This Year.

New Single Family Listings: In the first four weeks of 2013, 21 homes in Rye have come on the market and Harrison has seen 24 new single family listings since January 1st.
New Rentals: Both Rye and Harrison have had new rental listings come on the market since the start of the new year, 15 and 12 respectively.
CoOp/Condo Listings: Rye has 4 new listings in this category and Harrison has 6 – all CoOps.
