This weekend, celebrate your mother with a gift she’ll really love. Local favorite Frannie Rochat, RYT has been teaching yoga both at Wainwright House and out of her home studio for years. Her classes are very popular and focus on correct body alignment to help prevent injury and to increase body awareness. She even takes special care to heat her classes to the optimal temperature to warm up the muscles and sweat out the toxins.

Spoil your mother this year with the gift of private yoga instruction — she’ll learn so much from the individual attention and would probably enjoy it even more if you joined her in the lesson!

Single private instruction is $75 for one hour and is held at Frannie’s home studio. To reserve your appointment, contact Frannie at (914) 450-7974 or frannie.rochat@gmail.com.

There’s no better gift than the gift of good health!
